How Loadlink handles account, delivery, location, payment, and support data.

We collect account details such as name, email, phone number, role, password credentials, and verification state.

For logistics operations, we process pickup and dropoff details, cargo information, route activity, vehicle data, driver profile data, compliance documents, pickup photos, support messages, incidents, billing records, and payout records.

Drivers may share live location while working on active jobs or route operations. Location information is used for dispatch, tracking, customer visibility, safety, support, and operational analytics.

Location sharing should only be enabled when needed for Loadlink work, and users can stop sharing according to the app controls available to their role.

We use data to create accounts, match cargo to vehicles, price deliveries, track jobs, confirm pickup and delivery, operate subscriptions, process payouts, support users, investigate incidents, prevent fraud, and improve platform reliability.

We may share necessary information with drivers, customers, fleet owners, support users, payment providers, mapping/location services, hosting providers, compliance reviewers, and legal or safety authorities when required.

Loadlink uses authentication, role-based access, token refresh flows, password hashing, dashboard permissions, and operational logging patterns to reduce unauthorized access and explain session changes.

You can update account details from the account page, request correction of inaccurate information, contact support about privacy questions, and request access or deletion where applicable and legally possible.

We keep operational records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, audit payouts, investigate incidents, and protect users and cargo.
